Fully Secured Space with Security Personnel, Staffing On Site Licensed Bonded Security.
Licensed & Bonded security personnel On Site with Walkies, coordination with local law enforcement, and crowd control measures. (Full Site Plan will be provided 2 weeks prior to event start date to ensure all Security and City Personnel are on the same page.
First Aid and Emergency Services
On Site EMS will be provided by St. Johns Mobile Command Unit for the duration of the festival.

Yes, pets are welcome, but they must be on a leash. We will even have a pet costume contest!
Outside food and beverages are not allowed, but there will be plenty of vendors on-site to meet your needs.
The festival will feature haunted houses, live music, Halloween-themed games, pumpkin carving, food stalls, a beer garden, craft vendors, and more.
